The only reproduction I have found... adapted from the very pattern I will use :) Seems to be a classic.

She had to enlarge the armscyes... Mmmh, yeah, that what I was thinking too. I will see. I have begin to sew my first pieces of fabric and hell !!, everytime I put the needle in the muslin (in the muslin selvedges !), I hear that little voice in my head shrieking on the top of her lungs : "You're going to ruin it, barbarian !!!!!" Huh... Shut up.

LOL, I eagerly followed the link- and saw me. :-D

It really is easy to make. Here's another pic of it, if you find it useful.

Unfortunately after gaining some weight... Another belt, no ribbon at the hem, and one row of the gathers removed on the sleeves.

Yes, I have stays underneath, but what you see is what can happen when the stays are too small over the chest. If I had been standing in just my stays and chemise on that pic you would have seen that my breasts are practically spilling over way too much over the stays. But the dress hides that, instead it looks like I'm extremely curvy, which isn't quite the case- or at least not that exagerated.

I have tried to wear a bumroll, but it doesn't look good on that dress. At least not on me. I do wear a plain white petticoat underneath though.

The sleeves on the pattern is quite short, so you may want to make them longer. I did, and I still finds them a but too short. But that depends on how tall you are- I'm 170 cm.
