The only reproduction I have found... adapted from the very pattern I will use :) Seems to be a classic.

I have begin to sew my first pieces of fabric and hell !!, everytime I put the needle in the muslin (in the muslin selvedges !), I hear that little voice in my head shrieking on the top of her lungs : "You're going to ruin it, barbarian !!!!!" Huh... Shut up.

The sleeves on the pattern is quite short, so you may want to make them longer. I did, and I still finds them a but too short. But that depends on how tall you are- I'm 170 cm.
