There is always a place in my heart for mysterious Dumbledore, but I've never liked Mary GrandPré's (or Dupré or whatever) work. I think american covers have always been ugly.
As for covers, I'm partial to the UK adult series. Very understated and tasteful. I hate the American covers... Would probably hate them even as a 12 year old, too.

I love the english adult cover, the others are not that good. I don't like Harry in those.
