But I have good excuses !
It was a bad week for me : first I discovered something under my armpit, and the moment of the discovery was around midnight, I was tired, I freaked out, and already imagined cancer. In fact, it was only an infected khyste, but a really painfull one. It's gone now, because of good drugs, I hope it won't come back. I already had a khyste which acted that way.
Next, Monday, I litteraly faint in the bus. So romantic. And with 30 pair of eyes looking at me like I made an enormous faux-pas : wonderful. It was exceptionnally hot in Paris in Monday. In fact, maybe not really exceptionnally, but it felt that way to me. Which explains the fainting : I've already fainted several time because of important heat, but this is the first time I'm still feeling tired 3 days after it. Truth be told, I was younger, and slimmer, and my body recovered probably quicker.
Which led me to : It's probably smarter not to get into a corset or a stays to soon. I want to go to Vaux-Le-Vicomte, but I should not. I'm weighting the possibility, but really that would be stupid : what if I faint again in a pair a stays ? *shudders*
So no Vaux-le-Vicomte for me...

Date: 2008-06-12 09:06 pm (UTC)From:I had a painful cyste too, just last month, at the same place as you and I got real scared too. Was told that it comes and goes, basically, get used to it. I hope that you feel better though. I'm sure that we'll all meet up and enjoy nice cool weather together for the Poe-outing!

You pray that some costumer is nearby to 1° explain to the helpful firefighters that you're going to bite their heads off once you're back amongst the living if they dare damage YOUR DRESS AND CORSET ! and 2° show them where to loosen said corset instead off "NobuttonsnozipperIlljustcutitopen"
