I've found out the date of the next Vaux-le-Vicomte costumed even (http://www.vaux-le-vicomte.com/actualites-chateau-events.php?date=2007-06-17) but I'm so pissed off by their new policy, that I'm seriously considering not going : last year, pre-costumed people could enter for free, and the uncostumed onres, or those that were renting the costumes at the castle had to pay. Now, everyone had to pay. C'mon ! We were less than ten already costumed last year ! Were we really grieving their budget ? Unless a lot of the terrible costumes we saw were home made, and in this case, kill me bill...

I know ten bucks is no that much, but I'm unemployed, I'm already going to spend the skin o'my ass to make my dress, pay for the train, the bus (and I am not the one ciminf from Bruxelles or Grenoble !!) and for what ? Wandering among the little shop of horrors ? Much obliged, but no thank you.

We get to visit eh castle for the 10 euros. Still kind of annoying, though, but it's still one of the few costume events around here...
