I'm a french speaker, and sometimes there are expressions that I don't understand, even with the help of Google.

Can someone try to explain me what "streamline instructions" is supposed to mean in " This Corset Pattern does not come with Streamlined Instructions", please ?

Without context, I would guess it means that the instructions are overly wordy or complicated...not very simple.

I'd never heard of streamlined instructions, so off to Google I went. My search skills are pretty good (I call it Google Fu, like Kung Fu....). It looks like streamlined instructions are specific to that one pattern maker.

Full instructions (because sometimes you want ALL the information), including:

suggested pattern layouts
full sizing guides – with finished garment measurements
full fabric guides
alteration tips to help you achieve the perfect fit
notes on why certain techniques and construction methods are recommended
tips on the easiest way to complete the trickier steps

Streamlined instructions (because sometimes you know how to do all the basic steps, and don’t want to print 10+ pages of instructions) which give the essential instructions in the minimum amount of space.
