It seams I have the H1N1. Since Christmas. My parents caught the same bug than me at the same moment, and their doc finally diagnosis the h1n1, which, by the way, should have been named "The Phoenix", because it keeps resurrecting itself. I thought I was done with it , and today, dang !, the cough is back, and it's a really bad cough. I can understand that people with a weak immune system could fail at fighting it.
The thing is, I'm worried at the thought of seeing green_martha with that : it's dangerous for preg women. + I would hate for her to have this shit even if she was not preg, because that kind of cough is not something I would recommend :/

When I had a bad cough I researched the internet for home remedies. I found that children were recommended to eat a teaspoon of honey at bedtime and the sugar and the honeys antiseptic qualities helped to calm the coughing. It helped me and I usually detest honey.
