2010 year in review
1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before ?
I went to Japan ! All the rest I had done before. Actually, apart from Japan, everything I did was more or less a repeat of things of years past. Whoch doesn't mean it wasn't fun. Just nothing original.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I never keep my new years' resolutions. Never.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Someone who used to be closed to me but as she considered me unimportant enough to not inform me of her pregnancy, I think it was time to put an end to this lie we have be maintening for too long, and I ruled her out of my life. So even if the answer is yes, it's no, actually.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My beloved grand-mother
5..What countries/states did you visit?
Japan, Tokyo.
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
The strenght, will, determination to make a diet. Also, errr... money ?
7. What dates from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The date of my grad-ma's death, 17 August.
The dates of my travel to Japan, 3 to 9 May.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year ?
I travelled alone for the first time in my life. Also, I organised this trip with a very limited budget and my organisation was perfect (I even got a 2 thumbs up from my father who used to consider me the most disorganosed person in the world, which means a lot)
(All the major good things that happen this year revolve around this trip to Japan)
9. What was your biggest failure?
I lose weight when I was in Japan. I-Once back home, I regain it all, plus a lot more. I'm at my fattest today. Crap.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Apart from my alimentary behaor disorder, which is chronic : nothing.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A real Obi sash for peanuts, old Meiji Combs and hairpins, all bought in china in Flee Market. I LOVE Flee Markets.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Me, for not killing my pupils.
13. Who's behavior made you appalled and depressed?
My pupils'. They're stupid, and proud to be.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Fabric. (the trip was paid with 2009 money)
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Travelling to Japan.
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?
Shojo S by SCANDAL (that's J-Rock, FYI)
17. Compared to this time last year are you?
a) happier or sadder: happier. Last year what pretty darn terrible.
b) thinner or fatter: fatter
c) richer or poorer: poorer. Crisis stoke harder this year.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
More costumes. Read more book.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Being social. Half the time I tried to meet new people, it was a mess, or worse. I shall let things happen more naturally.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
In family. Watching the kids being jealous of each others gifts :/
21. Did you fall in love in 2010?
No.
22. How many one-night stands.
None
23. What was your favorite TV program?
SupernaturaI, in the beginning of the year. Now, for this new season, I'm still not convinced by anything.
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Oh yeassssss. The Client.
25. What was the best book you read?
On the Nature of Monsters, by Clare Clark.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I have what is considered bad taste in music, so don't take advices from me. My discovery is SCANDAL (see above).
27. What did you want and get?
My travel to Japan, at least.
28. What did you want and not get?
A lover.
29. What was your favorite film this year?
I don't go to cinema anymore. But I saw Sherlock Holmes and Avatar in the flight to Tokyo, and was agreably surprised by both.
30. What did you do for your birthday, and how old were you?
Money for another trip to Japan, I turned 31.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasureably more satisfying?
Finding a job.
32. What was your fashion concept for 2010?
The Borsalino.
33. What kept you sane?

Frédéric Pellegeay. Not really a celebrity.... Mmmmmh okay : Sebastian Roché. More famous :P
35. What political issue stirred you the most?
The Rom expulsion. Let reach a Goodwin point : It's a fascism method, and this made me ashamed of being french.
36. Who do you miss?
[Bad username or unknown identity: green-martha=livejournal.com]. This year, I saw her more than ever, and yet, I missed her more than ever. We live to far away ! But she loves Grenoble, I love Paris, this is unsolvable.
