Why aren't my crossposted entries to LJ saying they are crossposted from Dreamwidth ? Did I make a mistake somewhere ?

For mine it only shows it I turn the comment off on LJ. That's a personal setting though, dunno how your settings are. (BTW, I'm too lazy to continue crosspoting from DW, yup)
