I'm leaving tomorrow for the christmas break, to go in my family. I need to find somet sewing to bring. But what ?..... I have a serious case of "Too many to sew, I'm overwhelmed... brain...snap !"
So...
- I could work on the 18th century stays, but that's seriously not glamourous
- I could start the 1830 dress, but as it will be all patternning, it wonn't be much fun, and let's also considered that I have to make myself a 1830 pairs of stays before.
- I cannot work on the panniers, they won't enter in my suitcase
_ I could make the little Directoire spencer I staged (but haven't yet patterned) this summer.
_ Or I could begin the secret 1750s projet, but that would required me to carry 10 meters of fabric in my suitcase... errrrr...

(I think it will be between the last two)

Or I could think of something else, but as for now, my brain is a mess.

There are two things you could do:

Take a larger suitcase...

Take the stays and the spencer.

When I go away for four days over New Year, a sewing machine and a couple of projects will be going with me. Probably breeches and a coat!
