I want to have the right to hansew everything with 18th c techniques
But you can't do this w/ a commission. Or modern clothes.
I hate bag-lining. I know it's supposed (sic) to be quicker, but I don't believe it and I hate it hate hate it.

Sing it sister!! But I must admit for commissions I still prefer to do it as many customers do not wish to pay for the time you take when handsewing everything.

I find it reasonably fast and easy, and it looks good on most modern clothing.

I totally flat line nearly everything now. I don't really care if it looks better to bag line, it's easier to alter if it's flat lined.

And bag lining is just sucky!
