The pictures turned out in an horrible shitty shitty quality, don't know why Ô-o ... but this is how I will be dressed for the wedding. Of course, I'm not wearing my shift, my kerchief, and I forgot my petticoat in Paris (go me !!). And I'm not made of pretty yet.

My mum will be very happy that you love her computer/sewing/collecting/library room :))) I wish my own apartment was as big and as pretty as that room...

At first sight, the construction may look complicated, but when you're an accomplished period seamstress like all of us on LJ, it's super simple :)

In pictures at the Jane Austen Festival in 2004? 2005? there's a lady in purple-pink silk who got the same perfect 1790s side view but a different pattern I think. The pictures were on S&S, I think Nehelenia posted them.
Your mother's apartment looks pretty fantastic too! Hope that doesn't sound rude, it wasn't intended to be.
