So the belt on top is from La Mode Illustrée from 1876? Very, very interesting! I've been making a replica of a "Phantom of the Opera" costume - the costume is a pure theatre piece but with nods to different historical epoques and fashions (most noticeable the snake godesses from Crete). The design shows a belt (decorating an apron) VERY similar to the 1876 one!
