I'm trying to find a special type a fringe for my dress, and I don't find any in my usual shops. Look at the skirt front : it's a fringe, quite long, with little pompoms at the end of each fringe.
Did you see something like it on internet ? Do you think it's still exist ? All I can find is pompoms without fringe, and no way I can transform it like I need.
