I sewed a cape tonight. I combined the two very period 18th century capes patterns from Costume close-up and I used a beautiful green wool that I had bougt for cheap.

It's only when I tried it, once finished, that some realization fell down on me : I have made myself a LOTR elven cape.

Oups.

It sounds really nice even if it does cross over into LOTR.
