You're just one step from being throw in the fire ! Be kinder to me, or I will destroy you ! I've already began.

Yesterday, I was sulking, and definitively avoiding begining to bone the second half of the stays, and to have the impression I was working, I decide to do hand made eylets. So as I have to many damn layers of fabrics, the awl (I hope it's the good term) didn't work. So I take on me to use that sharp instrument you use to undo seams : never again lemme take on me for anything !!! The great Heileen succeed to slash up her four layers of heavy fabrics in one beautifull move !! Yipee !! The slash is nearly 1,5 cm long, now, badly embroidered to hide it (you can't hide something like this).

So now, the stays gains his name : before it was the Ficking-Fraying-Fabrics-Stays, now it's Soon-To-Be-Destroy-In-A-Wrath-Stays.

I officially consider it to be some kind of muslin that will work as stays till I have enough recover my nerves to make one really beautifull stays (not a near future project, anyway). Amen !
