OK, let's put it : there will be no Bustle in Paris this month. [livejournal.com profile] green_martha can't make it in time, I can't make it in time (without loosing weight, I'm still able to squeeze my corset a lot more than Two weeks ago which means my bodice is waaaaaay to big now. I have to do darts. And fitting. An darts. And fitting. I have no time for this).

And by the way, it wasn't really that funny to have to do it without [livejournal.com profile] de_ravenne.

So, [livejournal.com profile] green_martha, stop hurrying, if you were still trying to have it done.

And girls, what about you think about coming for a week-end in February or March (because as far as I know, we all are in winter clothes), to make it properly, the three of us ?

No problem ! I was staring at my cuffs and thinking "bleh, I don't wanna", so I think it's a good deal. I'm not sure about what I can do in February or Marche, I don't have my schedule yet, I don't know if we're going to be able to come to Paris again that soon :/ I should have a Sunday+Monday weekend somewhere, maybe that would be doable (maybe - I have to consult with my HG and the finances)
Anyway : are you still in for some fabric hunting ? We're staying at the HG's brother's place, which he kindly lents us, so you could come for some tea, fashion magazine droolage etc... ? (it's in the 19°, between Ourc and Laumière)

This is great! How about march, since I haven't sewn a stitch for months march would leave me the time to finish the bustle and it would leave you two finish the dresses at ease!

Yeah, me too! :)
I already have the fabric so I wont have to go hunting for that. I want to sew! *cries* Oh well, tomorrow is my first exam so I'm getting closer to the end of this madness of studying and not sewing! :)

Sewing is relaxing. Good in exams period. I swear ! I sewed two whole outfits per hand while studying for my license !

That should be doable - worse comes worse, I can come just for the Sunday, without the HG. If need be, would you have some place for me and my air mattress for the night ? Don't really want to bother with stepfamily if I'm on a short trip ;)
Fabric hunting : yay ! BTW, do you know if they have Vogue patterns at Dreyfus or somewhere else ? I'm thinking about joining pattern jam... I need to make a list. Oh yes, you have to show me where to find buckram and millinery wire, if there's a place selling them. I could have time to make a hat til March, and I feel very concerned about my lack of proper headwear.
I did get mails from Mattawa, first in answer to my request to only pay after all my auctions had ended, and then (s)he sent me the payment infos before I had the time to ask. Seems quite reactive on my side.

Wow, that would've been nice but as it is, I'm going to have skip on exam in order to have more time to study for the other exams. :(
