Finaly, the brother came. With very bad gastroenteritis. With very sick concubine (sounds like "old chinese empire", eh ?). Guess he was craving for his gifts like I did for mine. Or he doesn't really like the step-parents. Which is a raher good possibility, knowing the character of the brother...
Anyway. We are now, my parents ans I, cheerfully awaiting for our symptoms. I think, I will be the first to negociate the reservation of the restroom to vomit. But to compense I have the... rotk EE !! Tada !!
Not everything is bad in that rotten world.
Like every fool fellow costumers, before even looking at the extended movie (and what I have to say about that is all compliments except for the love declaration of Faramir : they fucked up the BEST love declaration I have ever read !! How is such thing possible ?!), I hurried to the Gallery and the costume documentary. And that documentary made me fall from the chair !! OMG, that Denethor costumes !!!! You really dont see them in the movie !! Ngila Dickson explains that she wanted them to be gorgeous to show the madness induced frivolity of Denethor, but black, to show how bad being frivolous is (no-one seams to have taught that lesson to Arwen).
Well, gorgeous, they are, no problems. the first thing that came to my mind was : "I want this. Oh and I want this. And that. Oh... THAT ! Ahhh!!!..." My sister-in-law, who obviously doesn't already have a good opinion of me, now thinks that my brain works with two neurones making knots.
The pictures are fuzzy, I don't know why : usually, I made my sreen cap on my computer, and it's good ; this tme I use my parents,which is better, and it gives that O_O Don't ask me.

And here, you can see a sketch by Ngila Dickson : the second level is sleevless, and in the left upper side, you can see a "pattern" of the kid of sleeve she wanted to make.
In the doc, you can also see the elven dress of the Frodo and Sam : I don't remember seeing them anywhere !! I know where they are supposed to be (the return to the shire), but you don't see anything of it. When you see the work they ask (Ngila says they try new technics, like "eau-forte" -- sorry, didn't catch the world in english -- on over-dyed velvet !), and how incredible (especially Sam's) they are, you mumble maledictions to the adress of Peter Jackson.
